It is characterised by the use of different manual techniques, such as touching, rubbing, kneading, friction and percussion, applied to the entire body or to specific areas, with the aim of improving blood and lymphatic circulation, reducing muscle tension and relieving stress.

Years of study and work have been used to develop a massage practice that rebalances Body and Mind and goes far beyond a relaxing massage, bringing an immediate sense of physical and mental lightness. A series of manoeuvres that bring about psychophysical relaxation, reducing stress and optimising a state of general well-being. It reduces stress and anxiety, counteracts insomnia, relaxes and decontracts muscle tension, and stimulates and reactivates circulation.

It is a treatment characterised by slow, gentle and delicate movements that lead to a complete sense of relaxation. During the session, the energy meridians are also taken into consideration and treated, in order to stimulate the flow of vital energy in the body.
