Massimiliano is an exceptional chef. He looked after a dinner for us with around 20 guests, and we chose a classic menu: mixed bruschetta with chicken liver, mushrooms, cabbage and sausage, served with a welcome glass of prosecco; aubergine parmigiana in the original version; homemade pappardelle with white ragù and porcini mushrooms; and sliced ribeye with roast potatoes and salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. But what really made the difference was not only the quality of the food. Massimiliano is the kind of person who immediately makes you feel that everything is under control and that the evening is going to go well. As soon as he arrived, he took charge of the situation and, together with his colleague Leonardo, handled everything smoothly and professionally. The service was impeccable, and at the end they left everything clean and tidy. Massimiliano is also a very warm and friendly person, and Leonardo was the same. In short, the evening could not have gone better.

We created a menu together based on my food preferences and then he made suggestions. He arrived on time and immediately began cooking. He even set up an area like we were in a restaurant which was just the perfect touch. The food was the absolute best food we had in Florence !
