The menu could be this: an appetiser of fried shrimp and anchovies, a first course of spaghetti with seafood, a second course of stuffed squid, a dessert with lemon and mint granita, all washed down with an ice-cold white wine. You can also request a meat-based or totally vegetarian menu.
