Emelia was an amazing chef! She poured so much love and respect into her creative menu which included influences from her family roots. We loved hearing her inspirations and thoughts on creating each course. She took allergies and preferences into the Mediterranean menu she prepared. We’ve eaten at Michelin rated restaurants and can honestly attest that the meal she prepared for us was comparable in taste, creativity, and cost. We highly recommend her and this experience if visiting beautiful Montreal.

We loved it. We recently moved with a new born, didn't have a babysitter yet and wanted to celebrate a birthday (and have a night off from cooking!). Emilia was terrific.
