Chef Emilia far exceeded our expectations on almost every level. Planning the menu was a breeze, and we went with a Japanese fusion theme, which Emilia seemed really excited about. She had lots of great ideas given just general preferences. We had a big group and had been out all day enjoying the outdoors, and Emilia let herself into our place to start prepping and getting ready for dinner service. When we arrived, she put the food we brought back away for us, and never once made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her. She set the table beautifully. I sadly don't have enough chatacters to write about the amazing food she served, but it was perhaps one of the most unique and delicious menus I'd ever tasted. Chef Emilia's food was vibrant, elegant, rich, and complex, expertly combining flavours from French and Japanese cuisines. The deconstructed hojicha cheesecake seemed to be the highlight for most people, but for me, the duck à l'orange. I can't recommend Chef Emilia enough!!!

Emelia was an amazing chef! She poured so much love and respect into her creative menu which included influences from her family roots. We loved hearing her inspirations and thoughts on creating each course. She took allergies and preferences into the Mediterranean menu she prepared. We’ve eaten at Michelin rated restaurants and can honestly attest that the meal she prepared for us was comparable in taste, creativity, and cost. We highly recommend her and this experience if visiting beautiful Montreal.

We loved it. We recently moved with a new born, didn't have a babysitter yet and wanted to celebrate a birthday (and have a night off from cooking!). Emilia was terrific. She was easy to talk to and the food was delicious. She also left our kitchen spotless at the end of the night. Huge thank you Emilia, you are very skilled and made the night very special for us!
