Chef Raul and his Sous chef Melina were AMAZING!! they showed up right on time about an hour and a half before the first appetizer reserved. All of the food was absolutely delicious. The presentation of the meals was perfect and as soon as our wine glasses were an inch from the bottom, Melina was out topping everybody’s off with really good high-quality white wine. They were a lot of fun to be around and made us feel comfortable. Like old friends… Very very professional. There’s not one thing I would’ve changed about my 50th birthday dinner. It was so nice to have such an amazing dinner without having to leave the absolutely beautiful Villa that way rented. We had the option of dining inside or outside and we chose to dine outside overlooking the beautiful grounds of the fellow that we rented and it was just absolutely magical. I honestly cannot think of a negative thing. It was perfect. Thank you so much Chef Raul for your amazing skills in the kitchenand your fun conversations!!
