Casina23 is a romantic loft-style studio apartment for 2 people in the heart of Trastevere, elegantly furnished and equipped with all amenities for a special stay in the Eternal City. The location is strategic for visiting Rome: in 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Porta Portese market, Circus Maximus, the Jewish Quarter, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Janiculum and, a little further away, Piazza Venezia, the Imperial Forums, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

In the famous and picturesque San Giovanni della Malva Square, the heart of the nightlife in Trastevere. The two floors exclusive Palace is completely dedicated to our guests. At the first floor there is a 40 square meters suite furnished in an elegant style, with double bed, a comfortable lounge and a bathroom with shower. At the second floor, a 20 square meter room welcomes you with double bed and private bathroom and access to the double level terrace.
