All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The furniture is completed by a sofa bed, bed linens and towels. A lovely balcony in granite and wrought iron, crafted by the ancient local workers, overlooks Corso Umberto I and allows you to enjoy the enchanting view of the Mother Church. Free WI-FI. The apartment is above the most beautiful beach in Tropea with a beautiful view of the blue sea, 10 minutes from Capo Vaticano and a view of the Aeolian Islands at sunset. It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

It is located in a characteristic alley with a separate entrance, away from the noise of the main street. The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a bunk bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Rispoli, a 19th-century building that was once the residence of the Rispoli family. The building overlooks Corso Sirleto, the main street of Guardavalle. Passing through a majestic portal, a vault once led to the ground floor rooms, the mill and the warehouses, which today are used as a bar and form the entrance from the Corso. In the small inner courtyard, there is a granite staircase leading to the apartment on the first floor.

The apartment has a great location,just open the door to find yourself surrounded by the sea, a stone's throw away is the small beach of San Giuseppe. It is a charming and quiet place that covers all the comforts of a beach vacation by the sea:beach,sea, sun,beautiful sunsets to be seen comfortably in front of the house.
