My Space is spacious, safe, private and welcoming, 2 minutes from the beach, and it is possible to walk. Because it is a few meters from the beach, it is unique for being very cool, even in summer. It is, on average, 20 km from the airport and the Capital Vitória. The regional climate is bucolic, famous for its gastronomy. This space was designed for guests to feel in their total privacy. Well wooded and ventilated. A safe place on a cul-de-sac. Maximum 8 people The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. 1 full bathroom.

The air is serrano, because it is at a high point of the Serra, the balcony sees the horizon of the sea of Manguinhos, it is cold at night and beautiful sunshine from May to October. The condominium has 24-hour surveillance and concierge. It is a 15-minute walk to Manguinhos beach, clean and quiet waters. The area is known for traditional beachfront cuisine. It has a small mall next to the condominium ( barbershop, bakery, restaurant, market...) and an excellent hypermarket close to the condominium.
