This 5 bedroom (all with ensuite, 4 pax per room) colonial styled beach view bungalow on the outskirts of PD, has an infinity pool and spacious garden. Rate shown is for whole house with 20 guests in 5 rooms on fixed bedding, (including daily comp. breakfast & light afternoon kuih). We can accommodate up to 30 pax, as we have extra bedding available at cost (check listing) for an additional 15 pax (ie 5 trundle beds & 10 mattresses. (Note: Preference to 2 night bookings on w/ends & hols.)

Zenish Villa, an enchanting black & white English cottage, accommodates up to 15 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Ideal for mini events, it offers event decorations & catering. The property can host up to 6 canopies with ample parking. Entertainment abounds with a bouncy castle pool, barbecue area, & complimentary breakfast. Guests of all ages can enjoy the stay with provided toys & games, making Zenish Villa a perfect blend of comfort & recreational delight.

Deserenity - Jakob Villa For 2 Guests

This cozy villa has a bedroom with queen size bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped with Induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle etc. Jakob Villa has a bathroom with a jungle view. This Villa gives a lot of privacy, the size is approximately 250sq. The view from this cozy villa is the famous Berembun Hills ( Forest reserved of 3000 acres). There is a small veranda with a dining area, during fruit season you can hand pluck the rambutan from the veranda.

A nook to watch the days go by in quiet serenity at our guest house called Awanmulan. A cabin raised above the ground on stilts, built using old shipping containers as a frame. It is then tastefully finished with wooden decking, cladding and louvred windows to allow a wonderful view. Soak in our luxurious salt water swimming pool overlooking sunset.
