My space is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. The accommodation is a two-storey house where the second floor is available for booking. The space is cozy and of fine workmanship. The neighborhood is a quiet place, requested for being prosperous and good energy. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, crockery, pans, cooktop, barbecue and skewers. The garage available for a car.

Located near the Center (2.4 km), the University of Caxias do Sul (1.5 km), Fenavinho (5 km), Vale dos Vinhedos (10 km), Caminhos de Pedra (7 km), restaurants, pharmacies and markets. The house has a bedroom with air-conditioning, a double bed (with a duvet, sheets, pillows), cable TV, a clothes module, hangers and other amenities. It also has a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender), bathroom and washing machine.

Quiet and spacious location, with lots of greenery, to relax with the family in the heart of Serra Gaúcha, close to the city's main tourist attractions such as Vale dos Vinhedos, Caminhos de Pedra, wineries, breweries and the events center. It is 5 minutes from the center, one block from the best bakery in the city, to have your colonial breakfast or lunch. Also close to markets, restaurants, gas station and pharmacy.

Located in the Barracão neighbourhood, close to the Caminhos de Pedra, a tourist and historic road. The accommodation has a fireplace and garden.
