Located in front of the lake park, Goyang Tax Office, Lafesta, Lotte Department Store. Delicious restaurants, laundromats, and massage shops.There are many karaoke rooms, convenience stores, homeplus, movie theaters, etc. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this quiet residence. We do not operate as an accommodation type, so various amenities (personal shampoo, toothpaste.Towels, etc.). It only operates on a rental basis. It is the same as where I used to live, and if I'm away on a long-term business trip, I rent it out, so you can use the facilities that are there. So it's cheap. Homeplus supermarket and Daiso are right nearby. You can buy it cheaply at the convenience store on the first floor. Also, since it is a rental, there is no additional cost. However, I hope you stay quietly for your neighbors ~ ^ ^
