Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seongdong-gu

My solo trip was wonderful thanks to this perfect accommodation! Its proximity to Seoul Forest was a blessing, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's bustle while still being conveniently close to two subway stations (10-15 minutes away). The apartment's lovely decor and easy-to-find location, just a short walk up a few stairs, added to its convenience. While there was some daytime noise from a neighbor moving during my stay, the nights were peaceful and healing. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, even providing local recommendations. Thank you again for a truly wonderful stay.

Host was helpful with prompt responses, and gave clear instructions for the checkin. Love the portable TV as well! Wanted to use the lovely attic for reading but it was a little hot up there, would have been perfect if there is airconditioning in the attic too! Note that the bathroom is not directly connected to the room, but that seems to be how the old style houses generally are. It was a unique experience though, love that the hot tub was spacious and even had a skylight! Room was comfortable and cozy :)

Lovely, spacious apartment located a short 5min walk from the edge of Seongsu's shopping area. Very responsive and sweet host who helped with storing our luggage and making domestic calls. Overall highly recommend this place, those with lots of luggage beware as this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator!

건물 자체는 오래된것 같지만 안은 너무 깔끔하고 침실과 다른 방이 구분되어있어서 조았고! 침실은 쾌적하구 테이블 있는 방은 너무 예쁘고 아늑했어요!!! 게다가 다른 비앤비엔 잘 없는 제대로된 와인잔과 맥주잔이!! 깨알 맥주잔까지 있어서 감탄했어요! 주방용품도 저희가 필요한 종류가 다 구비되어있어서 너무 조았어요 :) 담에 성수에ㅜ머물게대면 또 방문하고 시퍼요!

편의점이 바로 옆에 있어서 잠깐 나갔다 오기에 괜찮고, 방 내부에 에어컨이 있어 시원했습니다! 날이 흐려 처음 체크인했을 때에는 살짝 꿉꿉한 느낌이 있었지만 에어컨 작동하니 바로 사라졌어요! 서울숲 카페 거리들과 가까워서 놀다가 숙소 들어오기도 좋았습니다!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt! Viele Restaurants waren einfach erreichbar. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man konnte den Park in Seoul forest einfach zu Fuß erreich. Ich würde definitiv wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!

民宿非常的干净 很温馨 梦想里的房子 所处的位置在市场隔壁 很宁静 离中谷地铁步行十分钟的路程 Luna也非常的友好 我们的需求她都有满足到 回复地也很及时 卫生很干净 因为厕所一推进去就能闻到消毒水的味道 Luna准备的用品也很充足 唯一美中不足的就是整个房子下水道的味道有点重 如果这一点能改善的 就非常完美了！

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bietet genug Platz. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Dexter hat immer schnell auf nachrichten reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Loved this place. The residence is everything you need but what I loved primarily was the neighbourhood. Didn’t really knew Seoul and sort of randomly ended up in Seongsu-dong but ended up being my favourite neighbourhood. A little bit of absolutely everything you’d want. Five stars.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully decorated. Brian was an exceptional host. He is friendly, thoughtful and responsive and provided great local tips. I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

A really great place to stay if you’re visiting Seoul. Plenty of food and cafe options right nearby and great access to subway for getting around the city. Great view and has everything you need.

가성비와 위치가 너무 좋은 숙소고 없는게 없는 숙소였습니다! 호스트님도 친절하고 빠른 답변주셔서 문의사항도 신속하게 해결해주셨어요. 일층에서 묵어서 엘레베이터없어두 문제 없었네용! 다만 세탁기이용을 했는데 밝은 옷에 오히려 검은 얼룩이 생겼습니다. 나중에 확인해보니 세탁기세제넣은곳에 곰팡이가 있던걸 발견해서 청결도가 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 그외에는 다 깨끗했어요!

Very well located place with city views, friendly host who is quick to respond, the room/studio is small, but is enough for 2 people not staying in the room all the time, has all the necessities and is clean - perfect price/value ratio.

We stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved the location! It’s close to the station, and there are two convenience stores nearby—which was a lifesaver for us as freelancers working during the night who often need something 24/7. The host was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, yet filled with great restaurants and cafés. We truly felt at home during our stay. Also, it’s just a few minutes’ ride to Dongdaemun Plaza—super convenient!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

I really enjoyed my time here, the flat was bigger than what I imagined it to be which was a pleasant surprise but it wasn’t too big either - the perfect size for one. The location is great and near the station and near a bus stop for the airport bus limousine service The hosts were very helpful and responsive, clear instructions provided with images everywhere Overall a very nice and pleasant stay, thank you again

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

nice have some some amenities provide eg soap, clothes washing liquid etc. made for any easy stay, place was comfortable and convenient to travel to/from. thanks :)

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
