About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

El Hanok Stay was built as a private Hanok guesthouse in April 2023, after a year of remodeling work, after purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add the charm of Hanok and modern convenience, and we tried to add a European style to give it a variety. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located in a location where you can go to the road of Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonma Tomb), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and it is right next to Hwangnidan-gil Restaurant (next to Cheongonchae) and Cafe (Olive). All bedding is always freshly replaced, and as it was my grandfather’s home, it’s lovingly maintained and kept clean. Unlike a typical Hanok village, this home is in a local Gyeongju neighborhood. At the foot of Seorodosan, a national park It shares a parking lot in front of Seorak Seowon, which was built in the 16th year of the Joseon Dynasty.
