Located in a quiet residential area. The bedding is new washed and kept clean, so don't worry, sleep well. There are restaurants, cell phone shops, convenience stores, beauty salons, Olive Young, Lotteria, whole chicken house, Twosome Place, supermarkets, pharmacy, and park. Shinchon and Hongdae are close by. Hongik University Station Exit 6 and 7 6-10 minutes on foot. We are doing our best to keep it clean. It is not a hotel. Please be courteous. Korea is a culture of taking off your shoes and living. Please remove your shoes, go in and stay with no shoes. Please be courteous.

The location is superb - quiet with a nice view and mere seconds away from Exit Hapjeong Station! I took the subway every day of my trip, and it was so nice having the apartment literally right there after a long day of exploring the City. The interior of the apartment looks exactly like the photos. It's small but comfortable and tastefully decorated. The personal note, light jazz music and wonderful smell upon arrival were nice touches. The host was responsive to my emails.

THE STAY IN SINCHON (1min from STN)

From the moment we booked, to checking in Kelly was amazing. We didn’t contact her during our stay but she made us feel comfortable and welcome to do so if we had any issues or questions! Kelly gave clear and detailed instructions of how to get to the property, how to check in and the house rules on the day of checking in. The place itself was 1 minute from the subway station which made it easy to get to anywhere else in Seoul. There is a convenience store, burger chain, pharmacy and coffee shop on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is on the 12th floor (great views) but there are 5 elevators so easy to get access to. The room came with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash , washing machine and a hairdryer so was able to pack really light as could wash our clothes whilst there (great as had no dirty washing to take home!). The apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen for if you wanted to cook yourself or take food back. 5* stay, absolutely book this!

Great stay, the place is brand new and perfect size for 2 people each using one bedroom. The common area was spacious as well which is rare to find in Seoul at such a price point. You can't beat Sinchon/being on line 2 to travel around, and the airport bus is direct to Incheon. Host communication was suuuper responsive whenever we had a question:)

Jun was a wonderful host. She made sure we felt at home and continued to check in on us during our stay. The space was very clean and welcoming. We loved that it was in the middle of a market and walking distance to so many cafes and shops. Very unique experience for our first time in Korea!
