Spacious and pleasant

I stayed because I wanted to take a day off after the 2025 Saemangeum Marathon. This place feels like staying in a clean friend's house. We are suitable for 3-4 people to stay. There are convenience stores and franchise restaurants in the apartment complex, and parking was not inconvenient.

Gyu Hyeong's place was amazing! The location was great — about a 5-10 minute walk to the streets filled with pubs and restaurants so they're within reach but the house itself was quiet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept really well! Gyu Hyeong was also really kind and let us drop off our bags outside (there's a CCTV so no worries about safety) before and after our stipulated check-in and check-out times so we could enjoy the city without having to lug our bags around. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Jeonju!

I used it with one 3-year-old child. For use with children, I thought it would be better than an accommodation like a hotel, so I was looking for it and booked it. It felt like my home. The space was spacious, and all necessary items were provided, so I used it comfortably. I was worried that there would be no parking, but it wasn't lacking at all. There was also a grocery store nearby, so I was able to buy the items I needed right away on the way in.

I went with my family, and the whole family was satisfied. It was a clean and suitable distance to go to Seonyudo, so it was a suitable accommodation for a trip to Gunsan ^ ^ I'm 100% willing to visit on my next trip!

I was worried because it was my first time on Airbnb, but it was such a perfect place to I was satisfied with the bedding, tableware, heating, cleaning status, barbecue preparation, and friendly response from the owner, and I think the interior that stimulates the girl's sensibility in particular will be remembered for a long time. It matches the photo and description I chose it because it was a family trip with a 20-month-old baby, but it was clean, and it was comfortable and nice to have a baby couch, highchair, toys, etc. There was grass on the terrace and in the yard, so the baby loved it. It rained on the day of check-in, so I couldn't play outside, but I played with the baby for a while before checkout, and he liked it. I recommend it

The accommodation is clean and well-maintained. The room or bathroom is also large and relaxing. I don't have to worry about designated parking for one car. The host is kind, and I'll use it again next time I come to Jeonju ~!

It was quite spacious, so it was good to use the two family members. I went on a bad day and thought I would be in the yard tent in the picture, but it wasn't a tent that was always there ^ ^; Still, I was able to barbecue in a place that wasn't raining. There were children's books in moderation, and there were tents throughout the house, so the children played well. The communication was quick and good.

There was a slight difference between the location I expected before I knew the detailed location, but that made it quieter and more pleasant. I booked it because my son and the whole family who went out from the military needed a place to stay and talk comfortably, but I was very satisfied. I'm happy with my first time using Airbnb, so I think I'll use it a lot as a condo and hotel alternative in the future.
