Holiday rentals with a patio in Seobuk-gu

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. My host was responsive and was available to help me with any questions and doubts.

I was so satisfied, but if you had told me how to dispose of the garbage in the first place, I don't think I would have gone down to buy a pay-as-you-go bag... But the next day, I was very satisfied with the other parts because they took care of the checkout convenience and responded kindly.

We had a pleasant stay in a very large space.The windows were large, a lot of natural light came in, and the atmosphere was always bright.The owner was quick to respond to this request and was very kind. It was very close to Mochiya Station, and there were many restaurants.It was a very fun town. I want to use it again.

Check in and all communications were exceptionally seamless and prompt. The apartment is clean and neat, with two good bedrooms and additional loft space above, although we did not rent this additional space, as we were only two people. The washer/dryer is a good size and nice to have during a long stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities. The location is convenient to transportation, restaurants, and walking paths. We chose this location because it was close to family, but given the access to transportation, it is a good base for anywhere in Suwon without the bustle of some other spots.

This place is incredibly good for family stay. The Host if responsive and friendly always help us in every request we asked. We loved everything of it, especially the living room & kitchen plus the rooftop with city view. The only comment i can say here is there is no elevator and bidet. The room is on the 4th floor. It is hard for us because we have a toddler to carry up and down. If all grown up will stay here and no need to carry up and down. Stairs would be fine. Surely we will go back here again once my toddler is a bit older. ☺️

The place was clean and the host was very friendly. The royal tombs were a 5-minute walk away, so it was great for a walk. If I have to go to Yeoju, we will definitely visit here again.

It's really a real location and everything is the best. It's peaceful, and the lawn is very spacious for the baby to run around. They responded quickly, and most importantly, it was a clean accommodation. If I wanted one thing, I thought I would be able to sleep much better even if I didn't wake up at dawn if there was a blackout curtain:) It's even more recommended for morning people.

The accommodation was much more spacious, clean, and pleasant than I thought! There was a water purifier, so it was comfortable not to have to buy water separately, and I was so touched that they lit a barbecue fire and brought me lettuce and specialty water. It was the best Airbnb I🥹've ever visited! The bedding was so clean and fluffy that I slept well like at home. Thank you for guiding me to a festival worth visiting nearby! I will visit again with other friends next time! I made good memories.😻
