The first floor is where we live, and guests of the garden can use it. The second floor is a guest house with a terrace where you can have a charcoal barbecue party. There is a CU and Mart nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of it, so transportation is good. If you go down the road between the stops (stairs), there is a road leading to Songdo Beach. It is close to a trail like Olle-gil and a 5-minute walk from the first beach in Busan with Songdo Beach.
