On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

There is also a secondary fenced yard for relaxing with a glass of wine while youngsters can swing on rope swings beneath our majestic shade tree.

Our home is situated in a private gated community on the shore of a private lake hosting wild ducks, blue herons, even Bald Eagles that visit often. Come enjoy our home, treat it like it’s your own. A small pet fee applies because we've had major damage from pets:( Six person max occupancy with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 foldout sofa, full kitchen, WD. Maximum two cars allowed.

Our Casita is located 1 1/2 miles from downtown Paso Robles in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It features a private entrance, a recently renovated, clean, and spacious room for up to 2 guests. It offers a queen bed, comfortable sofa, great Wifi, smart TV, coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Parking is available on the street.
