De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

Logement de 45 m2 aménagé dans une ancienne grange et situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Centre ville d’Orléans et quartier de La Source (Universités, BRGM, CNRS...) accessibles en 10mn en voiture ou à vélo (piste cyclable à proximité directe). Le Zénith et Co’Met sont rapidement accessibles à pied. Nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, caviste, bar-tabac, Poste, restaurants, supermarchés, zone commerciale etc). Bus à 5/10mn, tram à 15mn à pied.

Vous adorerez le décor élégant de cet hébergement de charme. Au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison , vous auriez un accès complètement indépendant. Ce logement est équipé pour 4 personnes. Vous avez une chambre avec un lit pour 2 personnes ainsi qu'un canapé convertible dans le salon. Nous proposons également l'option Love Room ( bougies , ballon à l'hélium , pétale de rose ) pour 50 euros supplémentaire.(incluant les frais de ménages de 50 euros). Vous disposerez d'un espace à l'extérieur.

In a Sologne village, renovated in 2015, 2 rooms (40 m²). Located on our fenced property, separate entrance. Linens and hand towels provided. Baby equipment available on request. Hiking trails nearby. Close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. 15 min. from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park (FFE). Reservation desired for the full period as part of the championships. Cleaning not included, possible as an option, rate depending on duration. See house rules for more details.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.
