Holiday rentals with lake access in Senegal

Thanks a lot to Omar!! He was very helpful, proactive and nice. He didnt mind the late-night Check-in due to a massive delay with the bus from Gambia and even prepared food and drinks so we won't go hungry! The Guesthouse is very nice, cozy and tidy and the beds are really comfy! Everyone enjoyed the stay and would come back anytime!

We had a great time at Frédéric and Seynabou's place. Communication was smooth throughout our visit, and Seynabou was very responsive. We also very much appreciated the availability and discretion of Assane, the caretaker of the house, who was very helpful to us. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for a peaceful vacation. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. We took full advantage of the pool, very well maintained. The accommodation is conveniently located, close to Lake Rose and the beach, and easily accessible. We used the taximan service recommended by Frédéric and Seynabou, who knows the house well. Frédéric and Seynabou were very accommodating with the flexibility of departure and arrival times, as we had night flights. We highly recommend this listing and will return without hesitation if we are in Senegal.

Location is unbeatable! Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re coming to Sine Saloum with a big group.

Good place good value good communication

This place is exceptional- huge and beautiful home, pristine, gorgeous inside and out. The pool and terraces are really special, the sea view is beautiful. The hosts were so friendly, efficient and helpful, the guards always there and really helpful. The housekeepers did an excellent job and were really amiable. This is a great location to explore Dakar and its surroundings - out of the city centre but easy enough to get in, and the motorway is a 5 minute drive. Somone lagoon is a must-see. Thank you so much for a wonderful base for our holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time in the cozy living room and out on the patio. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house is just a few minutes walk to the main road where you can find shops to buy provisions, which was very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local tips. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and even a welcome note. The housekeeper and security man were also extremely nice and helpful — always available whenever we needed anything. Their presence made the stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for a peaceful and well-appointed place to stay — we'd love to come back

Lovely and very comfortable apartment on the river in Saint Louis, nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return, the host and everyone there were also so nice and responsive.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The host was helpful and responsive. I felt right at home here and the host did their best to ensure that I did. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and the host even recommended a great grocery store for me! I would definitely stay here again! The hosts went above and beyond! Honestly, I got a great deal for my stay there!

I had a great stay at Nogaye's, the apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, clean with a very soothing sea view. Excellent value for money, all amenities are available, the apartment is very well arranged, very high standard. A housekeeper came by twice a week. Good location, the neighborhood is peaceful and close to the city center. Nogaye was a very thoughtful, proactive and responsive host, she gave me valuable advice on restaurants and activities to do with the kids in the area. Thanks again Nogaye.

We choose to stay with Iba again. Iba is a friendly and helpful host who knows Dakar a lot and takes good care of his guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Iba. He has the answer. The apartment has everything we need and is impeccably clean. Here you can eat good food and sleep well when you are in Dakar. Near the apartment is a road with many taxis that will take you to your excursions. We highly recommend Iba's place. Thanks again Iba and see you soon.
