Good place to stay. Comfortable living room and bedrooms.

I stayed at this place for over a month and would 100% recommend. The place is very small (it’s a studio) but very practical. The terrace was definitely a plus. The manager (Hospice) was very responsive to every and any concern. The neighbourhood felt very safe (I’m a young woman on a solo trip and this was very important to me). The cleaner who came once a week was very courteous and did a great job every time. Overall a great experience. For those who care, note that the studio is in the 4th floor (I didn’t mind at all because I love to exercise). There were some power outages during my stay but they didn’t last too long. I am currently staying at another one of Theo’s places, which is much bigger, and so far so great. Theo and his team truly know what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cotonou! The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, with a neat decoration and a friendly atmosphere. We felt right at home! The location is ideal, close to all the sights to visit and amenities. The villa is also very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very welcoming and responsive, he answered all our questions and gave us valuable advice for the maintenance of the villa. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation in Cotonou. We'll definitely stay there again! 5 well-deserved stars! ”

i would definitely recommend this listing to quality connoisseurs. The photos are identical to what we see on site. Everything is there and even exceeds expectations. Dishes are the ultimate and I don't exaggerate. I much prefer to stay in such an apartment as a hotel. The icing on the cake! the garden! Safety is guaranteed too. Go ahead, you will not regret it. It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.
