Holiday rentals with a patio in Selçuk

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

Amazing appartment, one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever been to. The vue is obviously breathtaking. The appartment is on the second floor without lift which give you the most amazing view on the psili ammos sanded beach. In this tastefully decorated appartment you can find everything you need for the stay and a lot of recommendations. The appartment is also very very clean. Restaurants and bars are available on the beach, just a few meters away. they are very good and not too expensive. Still the area is quiet calm (september). It’s pleasent to be just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Chris, the host is very reactive, friendly, nice and helpful. We would come back in a hearbeat, we has the nicest time.

Fantastic communication from Chris, very kind and flexible. Had some local goodies upon arrival in a bowl at the table! There was a slight issue with a drain, but Chris was extremely proactive in helping sort and did not affect the rest of the holiday! Would very much recommend this place, great location too…such a good spot!

Great apartament! Clean, cosy, well-equipped. Spacious living room and bedroom. Located nearby the beach, even with the view of the sea (from the balcony). The owner was very nice and professional. I hope to come again! Surely one of the best places to stay in Samos :)

This place was a safe haven. We had a tough trip and had an unexpected overnight.. they were extremely accommodating. The place was like a peaceful retreat.

Eleni”s Blue Aegean Seaview was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed. Full kitchen with nice table/chairs and living room was nice. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Wonderful balcony and patio.

A very comfortable home with a lovely garden to relax in. It was a great base for visiting Ephesus. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in Seljuk.

We had a very nice stay with this Airbnb. The host was extremely helpful and sweet and the airbnb itself was great. We felt right at home there.

Eli Ann's place is in a very quiet location, a few miles from some beautiful beaches. The lower floor of the house is beautiful, spacious and well furnished, with windows on the balcony overlooking the green. Upstairs I only saw one bedroom, spacious and on a terrace. There's no A/C, but it's not necessary, because there's always a nice breeze. Samos city, the nearest town, must be reached by car. I found in the house the soap for the dishes, paper towels, shower soap. There are a few knives missing, but there are plenty of glasses. Overall, I'd love to come back to Eli Ann's place!

Ms. Gülşah was very friendly and warm, we were very satisfied with this, renovation was necessary for a few places in the house, a quiet place as a neighborhood was not a disturbing factor, as I saw in another comment, it said that the neighbor was uncomfortable for the dogs, but we did not witness that the dogs barked a lot, it did not bother us, it was very suitable for us to have a peaceful and beautiful time.

a spectacular stay, in a gorgeous home, full of rustic charm and modern amenities. we loved every single minute here and have rented many prior airbnbs. this by far surpassed all of my prior experiences. thank you Patrik for the most unbelievable stay. I will most definitely be back!

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

The house is from Danjel is top! Wonderfully spacious, two large bedrooms and nice bathroom. The cot was already ready upon arrival, so that our baby could immediately sleep well after the trip. Outside we had two large terraces to eat and relax. The house had a fast wifi connection and well-functioning air conditioning (needed on the hot days). The location is great: walking distance to beach, downtown and the parking for our rental car. The contact with the host Danjel was very nice, he was very friendly and always available for questions or tips. In short, highly recommended and will definitely like to go here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grammatiki’s place, it was really clean and pristine. She had towels and sheets ready for all of us and the house was well looked after. She was communicative and checked on us everyday asked if we were doing okay. She even gave us some grapes from her garden which we appreciated after coming from a long trip. The balcony outside is really nice to sit and bathroom is very clean which mattered to us the most. Location is perfect to walk in the evening/day and very close to Pythagorion port, main restaurants and tavernas. We enjoyed Samos and hope we will come back for another visit! Efharisto poli x
