Holiday rentals with a patio in Sēja Municipality

All over good place, good location, good for families

The accommodation for this price was great – clean, tidy, and modern. It’s located right next to a trolleybus stop and about 10 minutes from the city center. The only small downside was that the room was a bit cold and we didn’t receive any towels at first, but it turned out the cleaning lady had simply forgotten to put them in the room.

After spending the last four days in cities, we longed for rural tranquility and vastness. That's exactly what we found with Marika and Gerry. A Latvian country house, in the middle of the green meadow with very nice and helpful hosts. We also enjoyed the exchange with the two, which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare even with Airbnb. For us, this is still a reason for Airbnb as opposed to hotels or bed and breakfasts. All in all, we had two very relaxing days, with activities in the area that we explored by bike. Highlights were swimming in Lake Matinusee and the spontaneous visit to the KUSSH brewery with fine beer, darts and table soccer.

Oleg is a good host, he answers fast. We had a nice stay in Riga and no problems with the apartment. Its a calm building, a good area close to the old town and has anything you need for a short stay.

Close proximity to old towns, cafes and groceries. Recommend for future stays!

Beautiful place, and so relaxing. Ginta was so helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and lots of opportunity for day trips into Cesis and for hiking.

The home is beautiful and clean. Surroundings beautiful and maintained. In the description of the listing, the house with the electric sauna, but in fact the wood-burning sauna was separate for an additional fee, this was not written in the description. In addition, it was necessary to inform earlier about the use of the sauna. The host could have informed and provided this well in advance. To get to the place, the address on the map does not match the reality, need to use a separate search word. Overall, we are satisfied and recommend.

Great location, everything is within walking distance, 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. You can bring pets, which is also good ,since you can find a location in the center of Riga where you will accept pets, you still need to try ,but it is worth considering that there were also animals before you and in some details of the interior you can see this and do not apply to this too strict😀

Cosy, clean, quiet place. There was everything for living. Very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Everything was as in the pictures and in the description. Very nice neighborhood. Short walk to the seaside.

Wonderful place! It was our first time staying here, and we had the whole house for a birthday party. We enjoyed every moment. The cosy balcony offers a scenic river view at sunrise, and the well-organised BBQ area is covered with a solid roof — perfect for any weather. The large kitchen table comfortably fit everyone. A great place overall — highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again for another weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.

I stayed for a month, and found this place very well suited for a long stay. There is so much natural light, and an outlook of tree tops, which I appreciated. There was very little noise in the building. The apartment is very well designed and very well equipped. The area is sububurban and residential, but well connected by bus routes to the city centre and elsewhere. There is a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, and a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk away. I expect there is a bus, but I enjoy walking. Kris, the host, was incredibly responsive on the rare occasions that I needed to contact him. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Anna's place. The studio is indeed quite small but is very well equipped (even a washing machine is there) and self-sufficient. We managed to make it work for a family of five (incl. three little kids). The location is just wonderful - there are forests and very few houses around. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable, also through the forest and half of it is a boardwalk (be aware of mosquitoes!). The building contained several other apartments that are rented out in the same way. There is a nice fenced area at the back of the house for the kids to play or for you to relax in a hammack or have a bbq. Whether this area is visible out of your window or not, depends on which side of the house your apartment is at. Anna is very friendly and proactive. She gave us many helpful tips about the surroundings and was always available if we needed her.

I really liked the accommodation. Clean, spacious, stylish. The owner has carefully provided household appliances, hygiene items, everything for a comfortable stay.

We had the opportunity to visit this impressive apartment. They really are beautiful. The ceilings are striking with their beauty. The piano is a unique highlight of this space. My daughter can play a little. And I can say that the sound of this ancient musical instrument is amazing. High ceilings, modern appliances, a functioning fireplace, restored parquet - everything is in harmony with convenience and beauty. Arvis is a caring host. Rest assured that he will do his best to ensure that the stay here is top notch. We had a wonderful time and inspired by the architecture of the place.

We were fortunate to reside in an exceptional apartment. It has all the things you need for daily life, so you'll feel right at home. You will have at your disposal coffee cartridges, dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, food spices, cooking oil, and so on. There are too many things to list, and I'm sure I'll forget something. The apartment has excellent heating, so if you are planning to visit Riga during the winter, you will not have problems with heating. The bed is comfortable to sleep in, so we woke up every morning rested to walk around Riga. The apartment has been extremely well-kept. The apartment's owner is really understanding. To give you an example, let me just say that we arrived in Riga early in the morning and were given permission by the apartment's owner to check-in earlier. Finally, all I can say is that I'm grateful to Arija for letting us stay in her apartment in Riga. In terms of its own status, Riga is a true metropolis. You really ought to visit Riga.

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.
