We rent a small guest house (about 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - everything is easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Konstanz, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min to bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Sandbox, swing and climbing frame in the garden to play. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is brightly lit.
