Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for many excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings . To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry; and also the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

The communication before the trip was exemplary and straightforward. The apartment is big enough for four people and offers what you need. The location is excellent, right in the old town and quiet enough to be able to sit in front of the apartment in the evening. The value is very good. All in all highly recommended!

I spent a week alone on holiday in Constance and stayed in Saskia's Airbnb. I am absolutely satisfied!! Saskia is super friendly and accommodating and welcomed me warmly and patiently showed me the apartment and gave me tips for activities. The apartment is super cute and clean in a quiet residential area, 5 min walk to the nearest bus, with which you can easily get to the city, the nearest supermarket or all other destinations. The apartment was clean and cozy and I would come back any time! Many thanks to Saskia :)

I came to Switzerland for my honeymoon with Airbnb, and the condition was better than a 5-star hotel, and the host managed the house so well that there was no water mark. I told my husband that I would stay here next time. The location is so good that it's easy to get around. The view from the terrace is really impressive.

Quiet and cozy space in Paradies

Perfect! The apartment is in a very nice and peaceful quarter called Paradies, with some lovely pre-WWII architecture. It's within walking distance from the historic centre of Konstanz with sights and restaurants. The place is wonderfully calm (this section of the street is closed for cars). The apartment (2nd floor with a lift) is just what I needed, small and cosy, with an equipped kitchen (no dishwasher - just for information; it was not a problem for me at all). It has a big balcony with a table and 2 chairs--perfect for having meals and observing the local life. I never met Dirk in person as he was away, but he had arranged my check-in with a very kind neighbour, a lady living next door. Dirk was easily reachable on the phone and made an extra effort to make sure I could use his bicycle (and Konstanz is a cyclist's paradise). I loved my 2-week stay there.
