The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre. In summer, children play in the street, and people stroll past in a relaxed manner – a pleasant, established neighbourhood with plenty of charm. This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a relaxed evening on the bench in front of the house after work.
