The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

I stayed in a four bedrooms duplex. It has a great spaces. The ground floor consists of two connected living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended for big groups. All pictures reflect reality.

من أجمل المنتجعات وأنظفها.. خمس نجوم لكل شي نظافة وموقع وخدمة.. وسرعة التجاوب لكل شي .. ماكان فيه شطاف وطلبنا منهم يوفرون لنا على طول جابوا وركبوا لكل الحمامات. الآمان عالي .. نسيت شنطتي بالحديقة بالليل ومن بكرا سألتهم عنها وعطوني إياها وطلبوا مني اشوف اذا فيها شي ناقص بعد. النظافة توب ومرتين بالأسبوع تجيكم خدامة .. المكان جميل والحديقة رائعة والجلسات على المسبح رايقة. الموقع جمميل جميل في التجمع الخامس ومقابل مجمع مطاعم وقهاوي منها ستاربكس وكاف مجمع A5 by Waterway وبنفس المجمع فيه سوبرماركت ومجمع The drive كله ترك مطاعم وقهاوي. أستمتعنا بأقامتنا وأكيد راح تكون وجهتنا الأولى للسكن في القاهرة.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

This listing is such an exceptional place, I've been around a few Airbnbs globally but haven't witnessed such service as Prime Residence & exceptional support from Khaled and the team. It's truly a 5 star hotel service at an extremely affordable rate; starting with a concierge service to help with luggage, a reception that offers great refreshments and such friendly people that makes your stay feel super homely. I was impressed that there was a gym in the premises! as well as a truly impressive location which is close to 90th street & the American University in Cairo for any business trips or a selection of 3 mega malls for some shopping or family leisure. There is even an in-house kitchen that serves delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner which I find quite remarkable. If you're looking for a short term or a long term stay in Cairo away from downtown traffic and pollution Prime Residence is the perfect choice no doubt;) Thanks again Khaled & Yara, I hope I see you very soon!

الشقه رائعه الاثاث جديد ومرتب النوافذ كبيره والشقه مشمسه. مع وجود ستائر. جميله وعمليه المطبخ كامل والمضيف متميز وسريع الاستجابه وتوجد بوابه خاصه للدخول الي المول من داخل المجمع السكني. كل شي جميل

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in New Cairo sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich ruhig – ich konnte nachts wunderbar schlafen und tagsüber in aller Ruhe entspannen. Das Apartment ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, was für eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sicherheit: Die Anlage ist sehr sicher und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf eine ruhige und stilvolle Unterkunft legen- vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und bis bald!

I had the pleasure of staying with Silver Springs , The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Communication was seamless; Hazem Muhamed the operation manager was always quick to respond and checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
