Only few steps from the Sand, Bay or Ocean. On the Bay side, About a 10 second walk to the water. Swim, kayak, surf, Sunbathe, Walk, Bike or rent an Electric scooter. Relax and have fun in the Sun. Very safe for children. Sparkling Clean Always. MAXIMUM 4 GUESTS, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.

Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
