Great lakeside gem in the Catskills and just about 15 mins from attractions like Bethel Woods, restaurants in Jeffersonville, Callicoon and Livingstonmanor. Enjoyed our stay in this private retreat with hot tub, fire pit and kayaks. Look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing time staying here for my mothers 70th! The space was cozy during rain and the games and puzzles provided were perfect for our group. Paddle boards available too for the sunny days made for such a fun and easy getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect, last minute getaway weekend spot! Susan was responsive from the beginning and throughout our stay. The home is immaculately clean. My husband fished all weekend and caught several fish:) Sunrises from the primary bedroom and the screened in porch were a beautiful way to wake up. The weather was cool so we didn’t have bug issues but some of the screens probably need to be repaired for warmer days when you want to open the windows on the porch. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all of our meals in so we could enjoy the lake view. If you’re planning on cooking, you may want to bring some Tupperware. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed which was exactly what we were hoping for.

We had an amazing experience this past weekend at the lake house. Michael was very responsive and the house was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the game room even the men got the full throw back experience with the GameCube while it was raining! The lake was perfect and there was plenty of life jackets and water toys for us to enjoy. The community is huge but quiet, a great place to bring the kids for a getaway. We didn’t catch anything fishing but the view alone with the kayaks and canoe was great. It was peaceful, would definitely go again!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing stay! The peaceful sound of the stream and lush greenery made it feel like a hidden retreat. The house has a unique style that really adds to the experience .Kevin was a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

We enjoyed a peaceful getaway and appreciated that it was before summer when many more people would be out on the lake. Going out on the kayak and sitting on the screened in porch listening to the birds chirping were some highlights. Rebecca is a super responsive and helpful host, willing to accommodate our needs and allowing us extra time for checkout.

Very nice location, pictures show this location perfectly. It was very clean and organized as well ready to be stayed in. I appreciate the attentiveness and communication from the host. We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

Our family had an amazing time. Very easy check in. Macarena was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house is clean and kitchen well stacked. The big windows with the view of the lake and sunroom makes this place very special. We cannot wait to come back.

Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

From the time we arrived until the time we left we enjoyed Dallas's beatiful home. The home is clean, updated and very well appointed. The view of Long Pond was gorgeous and we enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and the kayaks, even saw turtles and exotic looking birds. The lilly pads were blooming bright yellow flowers...The surroundings were very peaceful and the landscaping was very well maintained and cared for! We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit as well as the gas firplace as it was a bit chilly this weekend. We love to cook and found everything we needed plus more in the kitchen! The beds were comfortable and bed linens were fresh and clean! I loved the set up of the comfy couch with the view of the lake with cozy blankets to keep us warm! The giant dining table was wonderful to have for the 6 of us. The projector and the Sonos sound system was an added bonus; also great wiFi. Cannot say enough about this special AirBnB. Will definitely be back! Thank you Dallas!

This was a very, very comfortable space. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean, the dining area was large and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs nook was a fun, cozy spot. The host was very friendly and very responsive. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great time at Milena’s home. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed at! It was pristine and the bedding was so clean and everything was just spotless! She really thought of all amenities to make you feel like home! Our little one loved the toys and books throughout the home and we all loved the game room so much! We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunset Cabin! It was super cozy and spotless, with the most peaceful surroundings. You could tell Michelle put a lot of thought into making it feel like a real retreat. The hot tub was a total highlight - perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Michelle was an amazing host, super responsive, and made us feel right at home. The late checkout was a lovely bonus. If you're looking to escape and enjoy nature, we'd totally recommend this spot. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the fact there was a garage to park the car and the balcony to sit and look at the lake. Very close to the lake. Perfect in every way.

My family and I love Jeremy home. It was very clean, spacious, free of clutter which made it felt like home. The backyard was very beautiful with the running river right behind it which brings the nature feeling into the home.

This house checked all the boxes for us, from the ease of check in to how clean the house was, perfect get away for my wife and I, the house is in a nice quiet community where everyone cruises around on golf carts, perfect spot to get some relaxation in, we will absolutely try and get back in the near future!

This is the easiest review I've written. I've never seen a host who replies AND helps within minutes. Bike has an issue? fixed. Ping Bong balls cracked? New one came within literally 9 minutes. The host goes above and beyond. The place itself? comfortable, cozy, things to do around. Definitely a recommend

CJ was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. There was so much to keep you entertained ever if you're rained in. We loved the use of the kayaks, but unfortunately the paddle boat was waterlogged from the heavy rain. The hot tub was so relaxing. CJ prepared the place with a portable crib and high chair for my grandson. Breathtaking views of the lake from every room in the back of the house. WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Chris was a very responsive and attentive host. The home looked exactly like its photos and provided a peaceful and relaxing getaway. I would recommend for a couple or small family looking for a winter getaway or lake house in the summer.
