Such a beautiful home and location! Easy to find! ..not far from town! I felt like I was in a cabin at Hill City, South Dakota !! I was not expecting the area to be so private and beautiful 🤩! Great place for the family to stay at!! Will reserve again!

Brian was very responsive, kind, and helpful - before, during, and after our stay. He was flexible and understanding when there was a small mix-up on our end, even when it was no fault of his own. His unit was clean and well-appointed with all amenities in the listing included at the property. The unit was clean and organized and it was a pleasure staying with him. We will definitely be keeping his property in mind if we will be returning to the area.

Proximity to the lake is ideal, close to Scottsbluff, Chimney rock, and within driving distances of state parks and geological parks. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay at Brian’s. The unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc . Brian answered all of our queries in a timely and professional manner. There’s a great park close by - perfect for walking dogs!

This was the perfect place! Clean and felt right at home. Plenty of necessities (toilet paper, paper towels) and many unexpected extras (laundry detergent, canned goods, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, toothpaste and more). We didn’t need anything more in the kitchen to cook with! The owner was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Pinecone Beach was such a beautiful stay! Both inside and outside. We visited the area for family and there was plenty of room for them and us to gather and spend the time comfortably. Anything you might need was provided in the house and Joe was a very responsive host as well. Definitely a place we'd stay again if we ever needed to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Connie’s place! We were in the area for a dog show and the space was perfect for what we needed for our group. There was plenty of blankets, towels and kitchen amenities. Connie was super responsive too! We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot. Recommend arriving when there's still a bit of light out, but otherwise easy to find, great location, and worth the price.

Requested this space for a crew of 3 people while we were on a job site nearby. The place was great with no complaints.
