Although no sea view from the unit itself you can fall asleep while listening to the waves crashing at night. Lovely tidal pools to bathe in or to fish. Kitchen, Lounge, bathroom and separate w.c. Lovely balcony with sea views and space for a small bbq. Use of the covered veranda and fire pit areas. Combine with Ted's shed and Fishermans rest and have the whole place to yourself, can sleep up to 10 easily. Please message for info on this option.

This apartment is one of 70 cabanas in this well run complex. The complex is right on the beach and is secure and private for residents only. It is very quiet and peaceful and only +- 5 min drive to main beach and town. Great for families. The walk to the beach is about 2 mins through the complex and down the private walkway. Really a beautiful hidden gem.

Stayed one night and everything was as described. Megan was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay. Was a bit shocked when we arrived and saw the unit was a log cabin (maybe I missed it) but when we entered it looked exactly like the pictures and was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the nice message on the fridge and the chocolates.

We had an amazing stay! Trish and Ken are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to help us make the most of our trip. The flat is fantastic and even better than the photos illustrate. The private garden with the braai is a great feature. We would highly recommend the local diving on the Aliwal Shoal as well as the local hikes. We will be back to continue our KZN education! 🙂
