Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Stacy's Texas size tiny home is very clean, comfortable and well appointed, easy to find and access and I would happily stay there again! The only bummer for me is that if I come visit my daughter with my pets, I would not be able to stay there, but I understand the need to have pet-free locations. Stacey is helpful, friendly and lives close by so she responds quickly.

This place was perfect for us and what the wife and I needed. Megan provided us an air fryer at our personal request due to my special diet I'm on. The house was very clean and smelled great. It had all the kitchen pots and pans for me to cook for the week. The only issues we had was the bathroom sink the water basically drizzeled out of the faucet so basically no water pressure and you couldn't take a bath only a shower the link on the tub was broken off, BUT Megan said they didn't know about it and would get that fixed. If we're in the area again we will 100% stay here again.
