Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

Escape to a peaceful meadow at Silly Goose Farm in a cozy 16-ft stargazer bell tent with a full-size bed, linens, and table. Outside, enjoy a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and a private portable toilet. Firewood and two 5-gallon jugs of potable water are provided. Surrounded by birds and wide-open skies, this off-grid spot is perfect for stargazing and unwinding in nature. Simple, serene, and just the right mix of comfort and wild. A unique stay near Interstate 90 (I-90)!

Dewalds Country Inn

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

Get away from it all when you stay in this unique barn in the country. Lots of room for family get togethers with wide open spaces. Living space is located at the top of the barn with open space and bathroom on main level. Also a cozy loft with king size bed. We have a fire pit to enjoy beautiful South Dakota evenings as well has ping pong and corn-hole. Please be aware that there are 30 stairs to the living quarters. There are several public hunting/fishing areas nearby.

Private neighborhood beach and local boat ramp access only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Perfect for large gatherings.

This is a 4 bedroom farm house on a working cattle farm started by my husbands grandfather in rural Yankton county. The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.

Beautiful one bedroom Lakeview guest suite that sits on top of the bluffs. In the country just 10 minutes from town. Please note that the space is located on a county road one mile from the highway. If you are traveling on a motorcycle, please be aware you will be traveling down a stretch of gravel road to the guest suite!
