Number 7 is a modern, ground floor apartment, with 2 cosy double bedrooms, a shower room and a living, kitchen and dining area. There is a small garden at the rear and it has its own front and back door entrance. Situated in south Lancaster, bus routes to Lancaster University and the city centre are a 2 min walk away. There is a grocery shop, pub, takeaways, hairdressers, chemist, florist and post office within a 2 min walk. It is in a quiet residential area, in a block of 8 separate apartments.

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Kendal and the Lakes is 30 minutes drive away.

Bright and cheerful this small terraced house is on a quiet residential street only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The house is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and living space on the ground floor while upstairs is a lovely, spacious bathroom, one double and one small double bedroom. Up to two dogs are welcome with the canal tow path 3 minutes away. To the rear is a small fenced yard with seating. This home is not suitable for parties.
