The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

We are above the famous Trabocco Turchino and very close to the Via Verde, a fabulous cycling path, where you can find bars, restaurants, and typical small coves

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Agrumeto Costa dei Trabocchi is located in a quiet place with a garden and citrus plants. It is about 6 km from the sea and the Trabocchi Coast. Within 5 km is Lanciano, famous for the Eucharistic Miracle and San Govanni in Venere with its majestic Abbey. Nearby is the immense Lecceta forest and the Sangro river. At 40 km you can reach the mountain, Mount BLOCK HOUSE, and what is unique is being in the mountains and admiring the entire Adriatic coast from Pescara to Gargano.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
