Al piano terra si trova un’ampia e luminosa zona giorno con cucina a isola e il living, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e la lavanderia. Il primo piano ospita due spaziose camere matrimoniali, entrambe con bagno privato. All’esterno, oltre alla piscina, troviamo una zona barbecue e un gazebo attrezzato con tavolo da pranzo.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

La Campagnedda is located within the baron Felice Pastore hunting estate in 1800. It is in a strategic position as it is close to the magnificent beach of balestrate, a few km from Alcamo, Castellammare Del Golfo, Palermo and San Vito lo Capo. La Campagnedda is immersed in the typical Sicilian countryside and accommodates couples, families or singles. During your holiday you will enjoy Sicily's typical uses and traditions.
