Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

I had the pleasure of staying in Salvatore's house in Rio Claro with my family and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and quiet, a real retreat perfect for relaxing. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. In addition, the garden is a corner of paradise where we could enjoy the sun and quiet moments. A great advantage of the house is the proximity to the sea, which is beautiful and easily accessible. With a walk to the beach we enjoyed the blue flag sea. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality, hospitality and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. Rocco and his dad Enzo are genuine, friendly and super helpful - we could not have had a more perfect stay in beautiful Abruzzo. Thank you so much for everything!

The house is really beautiful and cozy, complete with everything including games to spend the evenings in joy. We also turned on the fireplace! Our little girls loved the garden, with the wooden cottage (also furnished and with accessories) and swings. The ski lifts are a few kilometers away, as is the village, really delicious. I found a great welcome from the host and also from the locals. We'll be back for sure. Thanks

A beautiful rustic country house, with plenty of space around suitable for children. We also make friends with some dogs and kittens in the area. We have a table and chairs for pleasant dinners, even with a barbecue. Kitchen with everything you need. Washing machine. Very comfortable parking. Being in the countryside there are some insects but there are mosquito nets and kicks. I recommend arranging the shower stall and replacing some slightly "dated" towels. Very kind, helpful and responsive host. I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. It’s a 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Sergio, for making my stay so memorable.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and one child for 10 days in Villa Miranda. The house is super spacious, space is more than enough. The location is ideal. Somewhat outside, but beach, city and supermarket are reachable by car in a short time. We spent most of the time at the pool, which is in great condition and clean. The landlady is super nice and helpful. I would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately the holiday was over.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

It was a wonderful home within walking distance of the beautiful town and 25 minutes to snow.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

It was amazing. The pool and view is just incredible. Tina showed us around and even helped me organize a sweet welcome present for my parents. We had everything we needed really loved our stay. Thank you again Tina!

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event.
