L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. The apartment is located further up in the village, easily accessible with a small car via a few narrow curves, with private parking. There are 2 outdoor areas, all windows have mosquito nets which is extremely important there (the mosquito net in the bathroom should be replaced) The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. We had problems with the water, but it was resolved through quick communication It's nice and quiet at night.

We had a great family holiday in Joe's Villa! The house is beautiful and very well maintained, and the location is ideal with the car you can quickly reach many beautiful places on the island. The garden is equipped with artificial turf, which is very useful in this area - it looks well maintained and is perfect for relaxing. Joe was a great host – friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We can absolutely recommend Joe and Villa Aurora and would come back anytime.

We stayed here with our 2-year-old son. He could play wonderfully in the enclosed garden. The house was neat and clean and communication went fine. Nearby (walking distance) are some restaurants and a supermarket. Also the beach is 5mn walk away. We have had a great time here!

Really, Michele‘s house is a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s as remote as one can get in Sardinia – surrounded by wild nature, silence, the forrest and open skies. Yet, despite the remoteness, the house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The apartment is decorated with great taste and a sense of personality that makes it feel warm and authentic. Michele has been more than helpful in every aspect – from thoughtful recommendations and a warm welcome to making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for peace, connection to nature (!), and a unique place to stay far from the crowds, this is it.

Had unforgettable week spent at Daniela's place. Beautiful beach in just 2 minutes walking. Clean and has everything what you need for comfortable accommodation. You must try shower on the terrace and garden to cool you down in hot weather! Communication with the host is easy and very informative for staying. Recommend for everyone!

Mariano was a good-hearted host, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Check-in went smoothly and Mariano was very accommodating regarding arrival and departure times. Arriving at the house was everything to our satisfaction. Clean, equipped with everything you need to live and in good condition. The beach is 1min walk from the house. It was always very tidy and not overcrowded. There were plenty of restaurants, markets and other great beaches to see nearby. Mariano has always given us good tips for which we are very grateful. All in all we had great three weeks on site and would love to be guests of Mariano and his family again. It was our first time in Sardinia and we were impressed by the great island and the hospitable people. We wish Mariano and his family all the best and hope to see and see again soon!

Super friendly hosts and very responsive. Clean and modern with great fresh airflow. This apartment is on the fourth floor and requires some stairs but easy to get to. Central location makes it walkable to everything or you can grab an Uber nearby. Would definitely stay with Joe and Laura again.
