The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.

House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The house is located in Contrada Pisciotto, just above the town of Cefalù. The beautiful view of the town and its old port, the surrounding greenery and the area in which the house is located, make it a relaxing place a few kilometers from the beaches and the historic center.
