There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds + 1 small sofa bed (fits 3 adults or 2 adults/ 2 kids), kitchen, living room + seating area in the front garden. (No Smoking) The location is central and quiet. Within 400 m there are 8 restaurants/cafes/beer gardens, 1 supermarket, 3 bakers, butchers, train station. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the treetops of the park-like garden. It is only about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee and in 5 minutes you are in the Bavarian hills on the King Ludwig hiking trail.

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

The very nice and quiet 2-room apartment in Schondorf am Ammersee is located in the basement of a detached house overlooking a large garden directly on the forest. It is ideal for 2 guests. The lake, beach and steamboat pier are about 10 minutes on foot. The train station, restaurants and Edeka are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is an ideal starting point for sports activities on Lake Ammersee (e.g. sailing, paddling, swimming, cycling, hiking and much more).

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

Very idyllic apartment with direct access to a 2000 m² garden. For those seeking relaxation who prefer absolute peace and quiet in nature. You can reach Lake Ammersee in 10 minutes by car. Munich is 35 minutes away via the nearby highway. In addition, a well-developed bicycle network around Lake Ammersee to Pfaffenwinkel and the other lakes of the Five Lakes region awaits you. In Windach, 1 km away, you can buy wonderful regional organic products.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
