Historic House/Artist Retreat & Private Waterfall

Partially renovated, 250 yr old hm, & still a Work in Progress. Steep steps to 2nd floor, private entrance & very large living room. The house is in reconstruction and therefore is nicely discounted because of this. Prepare for drywall & painting art (sorry in advance) Think of this as an old-fashioned “Glamping” experience! This is NOT a luxury stay, but the serene outdoors makes the difference. Thermospa tub in the backporch looks over the waterfalls. 8 friendly chickens & 3 shy garage cats.
