Bright and Sunny 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.
