We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious accommodation—perfect for family gathering. The house was well-equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils provided, which made meal prep a breeze. The location was peaceful and scenic, situated near the botanic garden, offering a relaxing environment and lovely surroundings. The host was very friendly and responsive to all our questions, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable and serene getaway!

We spent an amazing weekend at Justin's place for my friends 50th. We all commented that the house, facilities and location exceeded our expectations. We maximised our time there and enjoyed the indoor fire as well as the fire pit. The heating in the house was super efficient, which was great as it was a cold weekend. the gardens are spectacular, and so we'll kept. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked three course meals and didn't have trouble finding what we needed. The bedding was also good quality and beds very comfortable. Loved our time in this beautiful house.

Staying at Karen’s place was an absolute pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and sparkling clean, and Karen was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Darren's place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. we spent the majority of the trip camped in front of the fire, which Darren provided endless firewood for. Our dog loved the big yard which though wouldn't be fenced well enough for an escapey or small dog was perfectly fine for our big goof. the cabin was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. literally the only thing that would have improved it is a little table next to the arm chairs to put your tea on while sitting in front of the fire. Had a great time, would stay again

Rochelle’s Property was perfect for my family. It was close to everything we needed and extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely go back there.

This accomodation was perfect for us with our dog. It is close enough to most things to see on the mountain. Breakfast provisions were excellent and plentiful. It was quiet and comfortable.

We had the most glorious time up at Siobhan’s farm house for my cowgirl themed hens party! We played games, had a lovely bonfire and enjoyed the surrounds - also recommend doing the local winery tours in the area. Everything was cleaned well prior to our stay, and we had all the amenities we needed (only thing missing needing to be stocked is fire starters which we had to use sparingly). Waking up each morning to the sun rising and watching the king parrots while having a tea was amazing; also note that the rooster (we lovingly called ‘Foghorn’ will be your natural alarm!). The driveway is a bit steep so I’d recommend ensuring your tyres and engine are in good nick, but we all made it no issues there. Siobhan was extremely lovely and responsive leading up to and during our stay. We loved it; would definitely come back!

An absolutely breathtaking house! We loved the view, how spacious the house was and the heated pool. It was so beautiful sitting on the deck at any time of the day and taking in the view. Sarabah Winery was only 5 minutes away which was great for lunch/afternoon drinks and the Canungra town was bout 10/15 minutes. In such a great spot, would highly recommend this house!

We absolutely loved this stay. The house was stunning in the beautiful surrounds of Canungra amidst wineries and bushland. Kelvin the caretaker was absolutely wonderful and cannot thank him enough for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely plan to return to this magnificent home again and for many years in the future.

We were particularly taken by the inviting ambience of the home, which encourages leisurely moments spent within the generous grounds, savoring the breathtaking scenery and serene natural surrounds. Also the balcony affords a spectacular sunrise further enhancing the sense of wonder and tranquility that defines this remarkable getaway. Probably the best place to stay on Mt Tamborine!

Mel was great, welcoming, available & full of energy. We appreciated the fresh eggs, firewood, all the animals on the property. We had some wet weather, so very much enjoyed being able to make use of the pooltable, bar area, sports room. Our cottage accommodation on the property was more than suitable, with everything required in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom & living area. Thanks Mel.

Worendo View was truly amazing! Beautiful fully equipped home, very peaceful, surrounded by breathtaking views! Elizabeth was helpful, responding promptly and great communication. Our 2 fur babies were welcomed also and loved it, the property was fully fenced and beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful weekend and didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back again.

Our stay was sensational. The property is delightful and well equipped for a family trip. My little one loved all the things to play on and the big space to run in. He also loved the birds. Breakfast was provided in the fridge when we arrived, beautiful fresh bread, milk, juice and eggs and all the pantry supplies... A bowl of treats that my son was VERY excited to find. The bed was SO comfy and the linens are beautiful. So luxurious, like an expensive hotel. We were beyond pleased. Kate was an excellent host, very responsive. The accommodation is very private, even though it is close to the main residence. I didn't feel that we could be heard or disturb anyone at all, we were so comfortable. I would recommend the stay to anyone, its just beautiful. 😍

We were warmly welcomed by Steve and their friendly family dogs the moment we arrived, instantly making us feel at home. Thank you to both Jenny and Steve for their wonderful hospitality. We enjoyed learning about and feeding the horses—it was such a special experience. One of the highlights of our stay was also the peaceful evening by the bonfire (under moonlight and stars) that Steve thoughtfully set up for us.

We had a wonderful stay in this very spacious and comfortable cottage. The drive through the surrounding countryside is spectacular and there is everything you could possibly want inside and outside the residence. Many thanks to Sharon for making us welcome and inviting us to view her incredible collection of gemstones and thunder eggs at the nursery.

It is located in a great spot where we can enjoy it completely to ourselves. The road leading there is unpaved and takes about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. Our three dogs could run around freely without any disturbance. It rained continuously for two days during our stay, but there was a large shed, so we weren’t inconvenienced by the rain. I will definitely go back again.

We love staying here! This is our second visit and will be back again. So peaceful and quiet - can really see all the stars at night. Fire pit is perfect for sitting around at night with friends. Kids had a ball, running around the place and playing games - didn’t get asked for a screen once 😄

Incredible experience to be able to get away from the busy life that brings us all away from nature. I felt completely at peace during this stay and I was very grateful to be able to bring my dogs along for the adventure. Would stay here a million times over, the tiny home was the perfect size and felt very cosy. Lying down and listening to the birds whilst reading was beautiful. Make sure you understand how to get to the property before you leave, I thought I did but I can safely say I did not and it took my almost an hour to find it but if you read the instructions it’s pretty easy! Definitely a me error but be mindful to find all the necessary information before you get there! Thanks for the amazing stay!!
