The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Apartment located on the second floor without an elevator with 2 very large bedrooms in which you will find a double and a single bed, both rooms are air-conditioned

The Blue Pearl of Scario - Cilento

In Scario, just a two-minute walk from the seafront (about 100 meters) there is a portion of an apartment consisting of an independent two-room apartment of 40 sqm, located on the second floor of a house with a garden. It is equipped with mosquito nets and consists of: entrance, bedroom with bridge wardrobe - the double bed can be converted into two single beds -, living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, kitchenette, terrace with sea view, TV, use of washing machine. Ideal for a couple. No parking space.

It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and a large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, including those with children, and groups of friends.
