Cabin holiday rentals in Sayward

The cabin was everhthing we wanted and needed. We had an absolute fabulous stay. It’s isolated enough that you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s still close enough to Courtenay so you’re close to the shops etc. Because of the location, it’s very peaceful. The cabin was cozy; the bed was really comfortable and the wood fire hot tub was such a neat experience! We definetely want to come back, maybe when there is snow because it must be magical.

We had a wonderful stay at Karla’s home. We enjoyed the ski facilities, used the kitchen regularly and slept peacefully in a clean and comfortable house. Thank you Karla. We hope to return again.

Had an incredible stay on Mt. Washington at Ski Bunny Betsy's. The home was beyond beautiful and extremely clean. The view was incredibly peaceful and the giant hot tub was a huge bonus! The master bed was extremely comfortable with lost of pillows and crisp linens. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Lots of space throughout including high ceilings and great communication with Handsome Dan. Can't wait for our next visit!

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

This is a hidden gem and can't say enough positive things about it! The property is stunning and even more beautiful than the photos do credit. Its not far out from Powell River with close access to biking and other activities in the area. The place felt private, was clean, had comfortable beds and pullout, BBQ, and functional little kitchen. There is a big deck overlooking the ocean and great campfire pit. The real highlight of the property is the hot tub with sunset views and easy access down to the beach for a swim. Paul was friendly and super responsive. We absolutely plan to come back soon.

Susan's place on Cortes was so beautiful and fully stocked. it felt like the perfect cabin getaway!

This place is exactly what it looks online. Beautiful view, peaceful surroundings, beside the water and a cosy cottage with everything you need. Cathy was a responsive host and we cannot wait to come back!

Worked well for my family. Unique place, great sunrise view, fairly well stocked kitchen, and close to ski resort. The hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing.

Our family loved our stay here. Leah is the kindest and most welcoming of hosts. The cabin’s location was perfect for us, close enough to family gatherings in Courtenay but in such a serene place we could unwind in the evenings and enjoy walks surrounded by huge cedars to the beach for the beautiful sunsets. Very dog friendly and we just adored meeting Timber and loving on her too. It was so perfect!

We enjoyed our 6-day stay at this cottage. It was quiet and peaceful, and very comfortable. It was also well-located for our explorations. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a good assortment of herbs and spices. We also appreciated having plenty of towels. The long-stay neighbours are friendly and helpful, including giving us information about the area. The binder in the cottage was also useful for this. A couple of tips for future guests: - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring pods if you want to use it - if you use the coat-hooks on the wall behind the cottage door, remember to check them before you leave - easy to not think of it in the flurry of packing up and leaving :-)

My wife and I had an amazing time spending our honeymoon here. The float house was super comfy. You can sit on the deck and watch the tide come in slowly. The people on the island are super kind. Be sure to check out the farmers market on Fridays to meet the locals. As well as all the road stands set up.

What a gem of a location and so well cared for! Incredible views! Comfortable bedding and everything you need on hand. We loved the nesting eagles, the sunset view from the sauna and the well equipped kitchen. The driveway down was a longer/steeper walk than we imagined from the car parking location at the top of the land. Kenneth was very accommodating and allowed me to pick up and drop off my mom at the bottom due to the exertion of the hill. It is so nice however, that car access is limited as it makes the peace just that much more peaceful. Thank you Kenneth and Svetlana for sharing this truly special place! 💚

Great place right on the river. BBQ on the deck was just the perfect end to the day.

A beautiful cabin and just as described. Close walking distance to two grocery stores and a bakery. Glad we chose her place!

such a beautiful cabin ✨ came to Cortes for a funeral and was so nice to be able to do some self care in the sauna and sit with a fire and just have a moment by myself, a deer came and joined me before I went to bed it was such a wonderful 2 nights on Cortes island. Candice even let me bring my kittens to Cortes so they didn't have to stay home all by themselves ❤️ 10/10 the comfiest bed I've ever slept on in my life!

Amazing, beautiful, clean, well stocked, quiet, peaceful, relaxed... I expect to return. Based on the description, photos, and satellite maps, I was surprised that the cabin was so close to the main house. That said, at no point did I feel like anyone else was there. Still felt very private and secluded, and Janet was very respectful and gave us our space. Very comfortable and exactly what I needed. Thank you Janet!

Peter and Jill are very respectful. The place is immaculately clean and has whatever you need even for a long stay. The farm tour was very interesting and the amount of work they’ve been doing on farming and planting is incredible. The fireplace is a bonus. Eggs they gift you from their farm are delicious. We loved the cabin which is a piece of art made by Peter, and looking forward to our next visit this summer.

3rd time here, definitely won't be our last! Katie and Kris are the best hosts, very helpful and accommodating. Their dogs Rowdy and Dually are super friendly and had no issues with our tiny chihuahuas. This is our go to accommodation when we come to Campbell River. We had an incredible stay at Loon Point Cottage! The location is breathtaking—right on the water with stunning views and total privacy. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You can really tell how much thought and care Kate has put into every detail. She was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home. We especially loved sitting out on the deck, watching the seals, eagles and whales and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. This is a 5* Air B&B because there are so few reviews vs the number of comments in the visitor book the average has been artificially brought down. There are some old lower scoring reviews from 10+ years ago, place has been remodelled since then. One guest complained of spiders webs (this is deep in the country)! So so peaceful with wildlife such as deer and we got to see a hump back from the beach. The cottage is sympathetically decorated in keeping with its age and style. It is not a super modern Four Seasons - and all the better for it. Our host Lauren could not have been more helpful. Our ferry was delayed because of technical issues and Lauren not only kept us informed, she was extremely flexible about checking in. The freshly baked cookies on arrival were a very lovely touch. She was there if we needed anything but in no way intrusive - perfect host. If you seek peach and quiet in the middle of nature this is definitely the place for you - we loved it.

Will definitely stay at Charissa's cottage again. The space was clean and inviting. The bed was super comfortable. She had everything we needed for utensils to cook nice meals as well as very nice towels for showers. There is a beautiful Cove right down the road we went to each night for sunset and was lucky to see 20-25 eagle's. Quiet and calm.

Cabin had everything we wanted . Comfortable, great host , very quiet and central location. With frolicking lambs in pasture next to us it was a joy.
