House holiday rentals in Sayulita

This place was the perfect getaway. Very spacious digs and great pool allows swim-up to the living room. Just enough away from the busy-ness of Sayulita to be the calm in the storm.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

What a wonderful spot in Bucerias! The home is exactly as described. Although it is not freestanding, it is part of a larger complex but extremely private. The town is undergoing major construction presently, but that did not hamper our wonderful stay. Great restaurants were a short walk away. Wonderful art studios. Only twenty minutes from PV and not quite as busy as Sayulita, this place is still a bit of an undiscovered gem. Manuel was responsive to a short notice request and proactive in addressing possible issues before they ever happened. The place is as described - clean, spacious, modern, open, and just lovely.

Loved the salt water pool! Also there were a lot of stairs. Built on a hillside but very safe with railings!

The house and views are extremely beautiful. Cesar had amazing recommendations and he knows the area very well. The massages we had was a good way to start our vacation. Cesar was the most helpful and knowledgeable host I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to return. 5 stars for sure

Nice property with plenty of space and good pool and terrace area overlooking town. Very close to all the fun goings on in town and the beach.

We had a great 2 week stay at Janet's place. We had a smooth transfer from from the airport with her transport recommendation. Check-in was easy and the condo was as described. The beach was just steps away and we walked and fished it daily. Everything was in walking distance that we wanted to do, and used Uber for going to San Pancho. We had a successful fishing day with Enrique, who Janet also recommends, and our meal was prepareded at Tierra Viva with the fish we caught. There are so many good restaurants to try! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house. Lots of space for a family of 6 to come together for games, but also enough space to spread out and find a quiet place to read. Quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to several restaurants and the main square. Couldn’t have been better. We can’t wait to visit again.

The place is wonderful!! The whole house is very spacious, the rooms are super comfortable, it has super good lighting, it is very well maintained, we only stayed one night and we wanted to stay longer, the pool is ideal, it has all the amenities to use without problem, easy to access with the code provided, it has fans and also air conditioning, Briana's attention was exceptional from the first moment, she gave us recommendations of places to eat, and we could not have eaten better on the beach overlooking the sea! We'll definitely be back.

Mellisa’s home is well Maintained and in a fantastic location. North of town out of the hustle and noise but close enough to walk to town. We rented a cart and found it a nice drive into town. The beach is beautiful but found the beach in town a little better for the surf. The pool is fine for a quick cool off. The grounds were maintained nicely. The home is older but the beds were great and the kitchen had all we needed. The home has great Mexican charm. Old arched doorways and beautiful tile Work just like the pics. There is a beautiful hotel next door and they allowed us to pay for day passes at their pool. Next door, The Restraunt and coffee shop were really good. They also had a huge pool slide that the girls loved. It’s a wonderful private location.

Julia’s place was such an oasis in Sayulita The patio ,garden & pool were fantastic to relax so tranquil & peaceful ,the rooftop also was fabulous and we had front row seats to a great fireworks display one night ! It was so easy to walk to the centre of town (5 minutes) but at the end of a dead end street and surrounded by local families We actually did not cook so cannot comment in that but the kitchen had everything you needed . The beds were very comfortable and the aircons in each room were a blessing at night. We all lived our stay Couldn’t recommend more :)

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

We would recommend this place to anyone! Chuy the manager was so incredibly helpful and friendly. Made us feel so welcome and gave us all the information we needed. Having the surf boards, pool toys, and even delicious coffee was an added bonus. This place really made our trip. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Casa Jorge Aguila! It is even more expansive than the photos show, the tall ceilings throughout the home are beautiful and the layout of the property is really spacious. There’s a locked/gated courtyard where you can park your golf cart (we got ours from our car transport company Jose Ramos). The main outside area is wonderful, we used the pool every day and hung out under the palapa. The pool is the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. FYI there’s no oil or salt/pepper. We stopped at the store on the way from the airport! The house is a 5 min golf cart ride to the main part of Sayulita, and a 1 min drive to the north end of the beach. It’s a perfect distance from town for a quiet nights sleep (esp with kids). We loved it there! Jose was super quick to respond before and during our trip! Thank you!!!

We loved our stay at Casa Cascada! Perfect in every way. North end of town quieter but easily walkable to Sayulita center. Jennifer was very responsive and fantastic host. Beds comfy, house clean and close to beach, impeccable design and funnest town ever😊 we will be back!

Great host and very good communication and friendly

I've been a guest at Jardin Del Mar for the past three years and I absolutely love it. The wraparound patio and outdoor dining space is surrounded by palms and beautiful plants. It's a little sanctuary and a great place to pass the day lounging in the sun. You won't spend much time inside, but at the end of a day adventuring, the beds are comfy and showers are hot! The casa is very close to the plaza, restaurants, and the beach, but far enough away to be quiet and serene. It's perfect. Greg & Jan and the local property management team check in throughout your stay to make sure all your needs are met and that you are thoroughly enjoying your stay.

The property is beautiful! We rented all 3 casitas. Joan and Dave were so accommodating and very helpful with our transportation into town for a wedding. The casitas were all very clean, AC worked really well! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Mairead and her darling children were wonderful hosts. It was truly a gem of a find, the views from the top bedroom are second to none. And the property itself was so stunning the only downside was that it made it hard to ever want to leave. Mairead and Chris were such gracious hosts, very communicative and attentive to any questions/needs. Hope we have the chance to come back again some day and share the magical space with friends.

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

Diego was an awesome host, our flight was delayed 7 hours with us not arriving until 1am, he waited for us at the property and ensured we were familiar and comfortable with the house before leaving. (He also invited us for taco’s seeing as we hadn’t eaten yet) A great place that is close to the heart of Sayulita, but also far enough away that you do not hear the nightclub disco’s. The kids loved the pool and there is an iguana living in the wall of the garage that kept the kids enthralled.

Excellent house to spend a few days relaxing!! Beautiful views of the ocean, I highly recommend it.

Great location, right in the heart of the town but surprisingly quiet. The hill is steep, but all the better to work off the tacos 🌮. The photos don’t quite do it justice, such a cool spot!
