Le studio se trouve à l’étage de notre maison, avec entrée indépendante (escalier extérieur neuf avec marches anti glisse). Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la cour ou le parking à proximité s'il n'y a plus de place dans la cour. Notre maison est proche des commerces, d’un arrêt de bus, de l’autoroute A71 de Bourges (10-15 minutes) et de la gare de St Florent sur Cher. 18th century manor near Bourges

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.
