The apartment is located in the center of Manduria, just 10km from the marinas, easily reachable by shuttle buses in the summer season. Manduria is equidistant from Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, which can also be reached by train and bus: a strategic place to visit some of the best places in Puglia, enjoy the splendid sandy beaches of the marinas or visit the Messapian archaeological sites.
“We were a bit surprised when we found out the house was on the back side of a church, in the same building. Then we got in and wow! Think of a nice styled house. Andrea did an amazing job with the place, it's cute, clean and a piece of art decorating every corner, that was beautiful to experience! The location was absolutely appropriate as well, the town in tiny, tho the house in the middle of old town, so everything you wanna find is around there. Andrea is a very nice gent, responded on time to every message and gave us all the informations we needed. Thank you so much! We highly recommended for future guests! The experience made the trip much more worth then expected!”

“This apartment is, thanks to the great balcony, a gift! Wonderfully cool inside and on the balcony always a nice shady spot with a nice breeze, so you don't have much trouble with the heat. The space is large and complete. A very nice shower and a better bed I have not experienced anywhere! The beautiful and pleasant center of Oria is within walking distance and the place is a great starting point to discover the area. In short, I can recommend everyone to come here!”
I live between Manduria and Avetrana, on the road that leads from the village to the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna 10 km away. My home is a traditional building, completely restored, with star-vaulted ceilings and exposed tuff walls. The finer details of the restoration work were carried out by myself and a few close friends. This allowed me to have a tailor made home for myself which I am also proud to share with anyone who appreciates the rustic beauty of this very special corner of Puglia.
“Our stay in the small glass workshop was awesome. Very peaceful, beautiful countryside, away from noise, in the quiet outdoor company of cats and geckos (and Luca's dog). Luca is a very attentive host and communication was flawless. Great outdoor cooking corner and terrace to spend quiet breakfasts in the morning sun (or sunset dinners)! Highly recommended.”
