This single-story house, fully fenced and bordered by a fir tree, is located in Condac, close to the leisure base of Réjallant between Ruffec, ( with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, known for its castle and mill.

Equally distance between Angoulême and Poitiers, this accommodation offers the possibility of many excursions. The small town of Ruffec (4 km) will ensure you the ease of your supplies.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Cottage in a village house with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, refurbished and spacious. The cottage also has a private outdoor area (garden table...) with a plancha available on request. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because the bathroom is upstairs. We have a parking space in our private yard
