Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

Former sheepfold completely renovated and tastefully decorated, "La Petite Maison" is an integral part of the Moulin de Masson, an exceptional 15th century estate that extends over 10 ha on the edge of Perche, 5 km from Illiers-Combray, the country of Marcel Proust and his famous madeleines. Room is made for lush nature and the many farmyard animals that live in harmony on this unique site at the confluence of the Loir and the Foussarde and crossed by the GR of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.

A peaceful haven in the countryside, 20 km from Chartres and on the edge of the forest. The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor lunches and barbecue. Will be at your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jaccuzy ( excluding late Nov - March) bikes and… Numerous activities: forest walks, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended check-out time during the weekend. (Friday 5 pm to Sunday evening)
